Development Review: Meadow Brook Villas- DR220-0004
An application has been submitted to the City of Newberg for a 75-unit, two bedroom apartment complex located immediately east of the approved Meadow Creek Apartments at 1306 North Springbrook Road (Phase 1 of this project, this new application is Phase 2. Phase 1 file number: DR218-0003, approved on October 29, 2018).
The planned development will include 75-units in 4 separate buildings. The site is proposed to contain 115 parking spaces, treated stormwater, a new cul-de-sac to meet emergency access standards, and 32,845 square feet of landscaping.
None of the existing trees or shrubs in the drainage way coursing through the site will be removed.
The site is is +/- 5.49 acres and is zoned R-2 (Medium Density Residential). A streat corridor boundary separtates Phases 1 and 2, but does not touch the proposed developmed area for Phase 2 as it did for Phase 1.
