The Public Works Department is organized into three divisions: 
Maintenance Division: Water pipelines, fleet vehicles, City facilities, storm & sewer lines, F.O.G Prevention, street repairs & sweeping, meter readings, 24hr response.
Operations Division: Water & Wastewater Plants, well-field, Reservoirs, Lift-stations, Compost Depot, Rv Station, Septic Haulers, Industrial programs. 
Engineering Division: Project Management, master plans, capital improvement projects, inspection and regulation of development, GIS, TMDL, Stormwater program. 

Emergency Management for the City works to prepare and respond to emergency events with a focus to protect life, property, the environment, essential services, and help the community become better prepared.
