Pre-Application Meetings are is optional, but is encouraged for Type II & III procedures.

 

These meetings are helpful for those applicants who have multiple questions regarding their projects or who aren't sure exactly which Type(s) of applications will be required for their projects.

 

The pre-application conference is attended by staff from the Planning Division, Building Division, Engineering Division, and the Fire Marshal.

 

The Pre-Application Meetings are scheduled on Wednesday afternoons and are held virtually, unless an in person meeting is specifically requested. All Pre-Application Meetings will be scheduled out 2 weeks from the day the application is received.
