Downtown Bike Rack Cost Share Program
Are you a downtown business owner? Help the city increase bike trips to downtown by participating in our bike rack cost share program!
What is it?
A new pilot program for businesses and the city to partner in getting more bike racks downtown. More bike parking will make downtown more bike friendly, which will in turn encourage more bike trips. Plus, these racks will help brighten up downtown Newberg - the racks come in four colors that correspond to the Newberg Downtown Coalition’s recommended color palette: bright green, bright blue, terra cotta orange, and wine purple.
Program Details
Racks are available for downtown businesses to purchase at a cost of $100 each. The City will do the installation and long-term maintenance of the racks.
Check out the fillable and printable version of the program application and flier below, or come to City Hall to fill one out.
