Deskins Commons apartment project
The Housing Authority of Yamhill County (HAYC) has applied for design review and historic review of a 56 unit apartment complex at 1103 N. Meridian Street. The apartment complex would be composed of 7 new buildings on the site, and the existing house would be refurbished and remain on the site. Please see the attached application below for more details.
On December 13, 2012, the Newberg Planning Commission heard the application and approved it with conditions. See the decision below.
