Already Completed Your Tree Removal and Replanting?

When tree permits are issued by the City, applicants are required to contact City staff to arrange for inspection and verification of the removed and replaced tree(s) within six months of a permit being issued for the project.

Use the form below to notify the City. Once completed, City staff will schedule time to follow up with a field inspection to close out your project.
