CPTA-17-002 2014 Stormwater Master Plan
The City of Newberg utilized a 2001 Stormwater Master Plan that was updated in 2014. The Newberg City Council adopted the 2014 Stormwater Master Plan by Resolution No. 2014-3155. The Newberg Planning Commission initiated a Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment by Resolution No. 2017-327. The proposed Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment incorporates the 2014 Stormwater Master Plan into the Newberg Comprehensive Plan to comply with Oregon Statewide Planning Goals and Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 660 Division 11 Public Facilities Planning. The 2014 Stormwater Mater Plan was prepared looking at a 20 year development horizon.
