Type III :

This is an Quasi-Judicial Decision (Goes to 1 Hearing)

  • Conditional use Permits
  • Planned Unit Development Development
  • Subdivisions
  • Historic Landmark Modification/Elimination/Moving 
  • Comprehensive Plan/Zoning Map Amendments
  • Annexations

Type IV:

This is an Legislative Decision (Goes to 2 Hearings)

  • Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment or Large scale map revision
