Code Compliance Division

Our mission is to promote a safe and healthy community by ensuring compliance with the Newberg Municipal Code, Building Code, and other land use requirements.

The Code Compliance Officer works with and educates citizens, business owners, neighborhood associations, and other city departments to address and correct issues that affect the safety and quality of our community.

Code Compliance Division process where code violations exist:

• First seek voluntary compliance
• Secondly, utilize formal enforcement actions where necessary

Report an Issue Using a Form

Complete the Code Complaint Report form at the end of this page. Then email, drop off or mail the form to the addresses indicated on the form.
