Capital Improvement Program
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is the list of larger projects to improve transportation, software, City facilities, storm drainage, water, and wastewater systems. These projects require planning and funding beyond short duration maintenance and repair projects. The CIP projects are identified through a variety of sources, including long range Master Plans, City Council goals, operational needs, and regulatory obligations.
