Contractor's Prequalification Application Form
***Prequalification with the City of Newberg is required***
All contractors working on public improvement projects must be prequalified.
Contractors who are not currently prequalified must complete and submit the City Prequalification application with all required attachments. A contractor may submit a request for Prequalification at any time. The date on which all required information has been received by the City will be considered the receipt date of your prequalification application.
Please note: This application is good for 3 years upon approval of the City.
