Budget Committee Meeting
Tuesday, May 6, 2024 at 5:30 PM
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Newberg Urban Renewal Agency, Yamhill County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will be held in person at the Denise Bacon Community Room at the Public Safety Building at 401 E 3rd Street with a virtual attendance option available as well on May 6, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
Specific instructions to access the meeting electronically can be found on the City website at www.newbergoregon.gov/meetings. The public can also participate by emailing in public comments to the City Recorder at cityrecorder@newbergoregon.gov.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 6, 2024 at Newberg City Hall, 414 E. First Street, Newberg, Oregon, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by appointment with the City Recorder.
