Annual Financial Reports
Each fiscal year, the City is required to engage a qualified municipal auditing firm to conduct an audit of the City’s finances for the purpose of expressing an independent opinion on these financial statements. For the July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 fiscal year, the City engaged Boldt, Carlisle + Smith (A division of SingerLewak LLP) of Salem, Oregon to conduct this annual audit of the financial statements. On March 27, 2023, the City received an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. The most current edition of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, plus the past four fiscal years are available for download below.
