A comprehensive listing of City fees.
The Master Fee Schedule (MFS) presents a comprehensive listing of City fees approved via various methods. The schedule is intended to create transparency and increase efficiency in managing city services.
It does not include any pass through fees collected for other entities, franchise fees or city taxes.
It was established in April 2016 with Resolution 2016-3268 and is updated annually (effective on April 1st) for inflation as well as occasions where new fees need to be added or old ones removed. The most recent update to the current Master Fee Schedule has been approved by City Council through Resolution 2024-3920 on March 18, 2024.
