Start or Stop Service
Start Municipal Services
The City provides water, wastewater, and stormwater services to City residents which are reflected on the Municipal Services Statement. Additional municipal service charges include the monthly public safety fee, communications officer fee, and street maintenance fee. | Información en Español

To Start Service:

or visit us at the Municipal Services Window in City Hall between 8:30am and 12pm Monday - Friday (414 E First Street, Newberg, OR 97132)
Your first Municipal Services Statement is mailed on the 1st of the month and payment is due on the 30th (on the last day for February).
Stop Service
Requests to stop the service must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your last date of service. Be prepared to provide last date of service and a forwarding address to send the final statement.

To inquire about your account
- Go online or call the Utility Billing Department. Be prepared to provide your account number over the phone.
- Over the phone inquiries are subject to confidentiality policies. To divulge account information without an account number, your will need to provide other identifying information to confirm identity.
- No information about another person's account will be divulged.
