CITY OF NEWBERG PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES Proposals Due by 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2019. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Notice is hereby given that the City of Newberg (“City”) is requesting proposals for Auditing Services for three consecutive years starting with the audit for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 with an option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and my reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
