The purpose of this Water Distribution System Plan (WDSP, the plan) is to provide the City with a guide for operating, maintaining, and constructing its water distribution system into the future. The WDSP was developed based on information currently available and will be updated by the City as necessary. This plan includes an evaluation of the Newberg water distribution system only.
