On May 9, 2024, the Newberg Planning Commission approved Planning Commission Resolution 2024-392 recommending the Newberg City Council approve the annexation of 918 S Wynooski Street. The City Council will hold a public hearing consider Ordinance No. 2024-2924 on May 20, 2024 in the Denise Bacon Community Room at 401 E 3rd Street at 6:00 PM.

Minimum) to Newberg R-2 (Medium Density Residential).  The subject property is located at 918 S Wynooski Street and is identified as Yamhill County Map and Tax Lot: R3220CD 07100. The subject property and adjoining right of way are located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary and are designated by the Comprehensive Plan Map as: MDR (Medium Density Residential).
