Newberg Public Library has been in the heart of our community for a hundred years--through two world wars, the Great Depression, civil rights, the computer revolution and much more. It is part of Downtown Newberg's Cultural District, which is a partnership between the City of Newberg and Chehalem Parks & Recreation District. It also includes the Chehalem Cultural Center.
