City Manager Will Worthey
Welcome to the City of Newberg! Our staff team includes approximately 150 full-time employees dedicated to providing service to the community and visitors across nine departments. We operate using a council-manager form of government, which means that the City Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the City and responsible for the overall management of its operations. The City Manager works in close partnership with the Mayor and City Councilors who are responsible for setting the policy direction for the City organization. See the City's 2023 Goals.
