NOTICE: The City of Newberg does not anticipate being affected by regional chlorine supply shortage
Recent news on the regional chlorine supply shortage is not anticipated to impact the City of Newberg's water and wastewater system. The City of Newberg generates our own Sodium Hypochlorite for disinfection chlorine from a salt brine solution. We do not anticipate any supply chain problems with the salt brine solution.
