Library Strategic Plan 2021-2026
From fall 2019 to spring 2020, the Library Advisory Board held sessions to develop strategic objectives for the next five years, integrating the City of Newberg's goals. By summer 2020, they decided to use a digital survey in Spanish and English to gather public opinion safely. The survey, conducted from October to December 7, 2020, is detailed in appendix A of the plan. This five-year strategic plan aims to enhance existing library services and adapt to evolving community needs and conditions.
