Reporting a streetlight outage
How do I report a Street Light that is out/flickering?
Streetlights are part of a safe community. Help PGE identify streetlights in need of repair.
Please report streetlight outages to PGE at: 1-800-544-1795 (press "3"); or click the Street Light Outage to fill out an online form.
Pole tags
Map and pole numbers are found on the pole tag. A pole tag is a three-inch round metal tag located about eye level and showing the streetlight's map number and pole number.
If there is no pole tag, it is possible that it is a private streetlight that PGE does not repair. If you are in a neighborhood association, the property management company may be responsible for the repair.
