NOTICE OF BALLOT TITLE RECEIPT is hereby given that the City Elections Officer for Newberg has received a ballot title related to prohibiting psilocybin-related businesses. Any voter may file a petition for review in the Yamhill County Circuit Court. The deadline to file a petition for review is 5:00 p.m. on August 5th, 2022. A copy of the ballot title is available at the Newberg City Hall, 414 E. First Street, Newberg, Oregon 97132, and on the City’s website at https://www.newbergoregon.gov/citymanager/page/elections
