Finance & Utility Billing Out of Office 4/7
The Finance team and Utility Billing Team will be out of office on Friday April 7th, 2023 for an off-site training.
The Utility Billing window at City Hall will be closed this day as well.
If you have a water-related emergency, please reach out to Public Works - Maintenance at 503-537-1234.
If you have a question relating to your municipal services bill, you can send an email to utility.billing@newbergoregon.gov. Our team will respond to your questions when they return to the office.
Staff will return to normal operation the following Monday, April 10th.
