ADA Parking Stencil
ADA Parking Stencil Available for Businesses & Organizations
- Borrow the stencil at no cost
The City of Newberg provides a stencil to be used by businesses and organizations within the City of Newberg for marking ADA parking spaces. Available Free of Charge.
Requirements for use of ADA Parking Stencil:
- COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM BELOW OR DELIVER PRINT FORM TO THE PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE FACILITY. - Borrower must provide name of business or organization, a contact person, and contact phone number.
- Borrower must pick up and return stencil to:

- Use of stencil is limited to one week (7 Days)
- Stencil must be returned clean and ready for use. Borrower is responsible for any damages to the stencil and may be charged for repair or replacement.
- Failure to return stencil within 7 days without prior approval, return clean, undamaged and ready for use, may result in charges for repair or replacement and denial of future use.
- ADA parking stall and signage shall be installed to current ADA standards as stated in the City Code.
