The Newberg Public Library brings an array of services to the community that are supported financially by the City of Newberg (91%),  Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service (5%), Fines (2%),  and Non-Resident Library Card purchases (2%).

While the library's services are viewed as "free" by many, the value they provide a community can be calculated.
