PUBLIC COMMENTS
For public comments (agenda specific item or general), you must fill out a Public Comment form . This form will be available at the meeting or can be downloaded by clicking here: Public Comment/Testimony Registration Form. For virtual attendance, forms must be submitted by noon the day of the meeting to the Planning Secretary.
Each speaker will be allowed up to 5 minutes after recognition by the Chair.
Please avoid conduct which is unreasonably loud, disruptive, or profane. Rude, slanderous, or threatening remarks will not be permitted. Whistles, yelling, foot stomping, clapping, or speaking out of order are also discouraged. Anyone doing so may be removed from the premises.
