Ordinance 2023-2916, posting notice An Ordinance amending provisions regarding early issuance of building permits upon substantial completion of public improvements including Newberg Municipal Code, Title 15 Development Code, 15.05.030, 15.235, 15.235.080, 15.240.040, and 15.505.020
Pursuant to the City Charter, Chapter IV Legislative Authority, Section 17 Ordinance Adoption (b) the reading may be made by title only if no council member present at the meeting requests to have the ordinance read in full, provided the proposed ordinance is available in writing to the public at least one week before the meeting.
