Public Works coordinates all surplus for the City of Newberg. NO purchases are made outside the Gov Deals portal except for compost and retired street signs or unless directed by the City Manager.
Money from sales are returned back into the City's Revenue fund accounts. Items can be retired for a variety of reasons including service life, out of date, under or over sized for need, end of program and much more.
