The Council took the following actions:
● Approved Resolutions:
2021-3727, addition of youth representatives to all City committees.
2021-3722, approval of annual Master Fee Schedule
● Approval of Ordinance 2021-2872, Population Projection changes to Comprehensive Plan.
In other business,
Considered motion to rescind approval of Elliott Road improvement project from June 2020. Motion failed.
Met with Planning Commission in workshop on adding new regulations for duplexes to Development Code.
Heard presentations on Elliott Road project progress, and Capital Improvement Plan for 2021-2026.
Heard from residents on the Elliott Road project – both opponents and proponents.
Heard activity report from City Manager.
Held an executive session to discuss performance of a public official.
