The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. on the water, wastewater, stormwater rates and transportation utility fees as recommended by the Rate Review Committee to be effective January 1, 2027 and January 1, 2028. Members of the public can testify at the public hearing. The current and proposed rates are listed below.
