City of Newberg Launches New Online Payment Portal for Municipal Court
NEWBERG, OR – The City of Newberg is pleased to announce the launch of a new, user-friendly online payment portal for Municipal Court citations and fees. This digital upgrade is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to modernizing local government services and providing a more efficient, accessible experience for our residents.
Enhanced Convenience for Residents
Previously, many court-related payments required a phone call during business hours or a trip to the Public Safety Building. With the launch of the new portal, community members can now manage and pay traffic citations and court fees 24/7 from any smartphone or computer.
The new system is designed to be intuitive, allowing users to quickly search for their citations using a citation number, driver’s license, or Social Security number.
Key Features of the New Portal:
-
Simple Search: Easily locate your case or citation information in seconds.
-
Secure Transactions: The portal uses industry-standard encryption to ensure your financial information remains safe and private.
-
Instant Confirmation: Receive immediate digital receipts for your records after completing a payment.
-
Improved Accessibility: Resolve waivable citations (those not requiring a mandatory court appearance) entirely online, saving you time and travel.
How to Access the Portal
The new payment system is live and available for use immediately. Residents can access the portal by visiting the Municipal Court’s official page:
