Due to challenging conditions encountered by the contractor, Benjamin Road will remain permanently closed until work to connect the road to the Crestview Green development is complete.

Update 5/9/2025
Due to challenging existing conditions causing slowdowns, the contractor working at NE Benjamin Rd and Highway 99 will begin working nights 5/11-5/16 from 7:00pm to 5:00am. Any onsite activity will be limited to the Southeast corner of the project with the majority of the work being done on Highway 99. The contractor will do their best to minimize noise during these hours.
Due to utility infrastructure installations in NE Benjamin Road and Highway 99W, starting May 5th, 2025, NE Benjamin Road will be closed between the intersection at Highway 99W to approximately 500’ north of Highway 99W. There will be no access to Highway 99W through NE Benjamin Road during this time period. The closure is expected to last approximately 3 weeks and the intersection to open after May 23rd, 2025.
