The Newberg City Council met at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday July 20th and the following transpired:
- Adopted Ordinance 2026-2945, declaring Yamhill County tax lots 3230B 02300, 3230B 06000,3230B 06100,and 3230 01400 Deannexed from the city.
- Passed Resolution 2026-4037, Recommending that Yamhill county approve the proposed 4 new queuing lanes at the Newberg Transfer Station at 2904 NE Wynooski rd., Yamhill county tax lot nos. R3228 01800 and R3228 01700.
- Approved Resolution 2026-4043, approving the Library's updated internet policy.
- Passed Resolution 2026-4039, approving the IGA for Newberg to provide court services for Dundee.
- Council Discussed updates on the River Street Ad-Hoc Committee
