Newberg City Council met on June 1, 2026 and took the following actions:
- Received a report from the City Manager on the work performed in the month of May
- Received a presentation on the State of the District from Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue
- Passed Resolution 2026-4027 authorizing road repairs (grind and inlay and slurry seal work) in July and August 2026
- Passed Resolution 2026-4030 approving a supplementary budget for the midpoint of the biennial budget period.
- Passed Resolution 2026-4031 electing not to take a 3% property tax raise for the fiscal year 2026-2027.
- Passed Resolution 2026-4022 approving updates to the Master Fee Schedule.
