For July 3, 2023, City Council Meeting:
Ordinance 2023-2915 & Order 2023-44, posting notice An Order amending the Springbrook Master Plan, approving the +/- 403 lot Collina at Springbrook Subdivision tentative plat, and approving a Stream Corridor Impact for a Pedestrian Bridge; and an Ordinance changing the zoning from Springbrook District/Neighborhood Commercial (SD/NC) to Springbrook District/Mid-Rise Residential (SD/MRR) for 11.23 acres plus adjoining rights-of-way to street centerline.
Pursuant to the City Charter, Chapter IV Legislative Authority, Section 17 Ordinance Adoption (b) the reading may be made by title only if no council member present at the meeting requests to have the ordinance read in full, provided the proposed ordinance is available in writing to the public at least one week before the meeting.
Ordinance 2023-2915 is hereby posted online. Copies are available from the City Recorder's office upon request.
