Services include assistance with master planning, project management, design and construction, information gathering, analysis and storage, and the inspection and regulation of private development.

Storm-water runoff from impervious areas like roofs, parking lots, and paved streets can contain pollutants that harm water quality. We maintain and repair the city's stormwater network. The City of Newberg (the “City”) is soliciting bids for the West Franklin Street Storm Line Improvements Project. The scope of work includes labor, materials, equipment, and the tools necessary to furnish and install approximately 1,300 linear feet of storm sewer pipeline, (6) storm sewer manholes, and associated catch basins and area drains as well as surface restoration within City Right of Ways.
