Urban Growth Boundary Amendment Application
The Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) Application is used for site specific urban growth boundary amendments. Properties must be included within the urban growth boundary in order to be eligible for annexation into the city. Urban Growth Boundary applications are heard by the Newberg Urban Area Management Commission (NUAMC), Newberg City Council and Yamhill County Commissioners, and ultimately accepted by the Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD).
