Permit Application
Processing times are longer than usual at this time. Please allow additional time for the review process. Thank you for your understanding.
PERMIT APPLICATION
- The Building Division has 1 permit application in which you only fill out the portions that apply to your project
SUBMITTAL
- Submittals may be emailed to permits@newbergoregon.gov
- When submitting a permit please provide the following items:
- Permit application
- Construction plans
- Plot plans
- Supporting documents
PAYMENT
- Payment is available online with etrakit
- Structural (residential and commercial) and mechanical (commercial) permits require a plan review payment at submittal with the remaining fees paid once the project is approved.
ELECTRONIC PLANS ARE REQUIRED
- Permits are required to be submitted electronically as of April 1, 2022.
