Manufactured Building - Carport, Deck, Shed, Stairs
Manufactured Building
A Permit is required to place a Manufactured Building.
To submit a permit, provide the following items.
- Permit application
- 2 plot plans
- 2 construction plans - if the manufactured building is not in a manufactured home park
A permit is also required to build a Carport, Deck (over 30 inches in height) , Shed (over 200 square feet and 10 feet in height) , or Stairs (over 30 inches in height).
To submit a permit(s), provide the following items.
- Permit application
- 2 plot plans
- 2 construction plans (plans not required for manufactured building permit)
- Fee - plan review fee at submittal (not required for manufactured building permit)
