    The Planning Division assigns addresses to all new developments within the City. Click on the link below to find a document with an alphabetic listing of address assignments.     The Newberg Fire Department is now the Child Safety Seat Distrobution Center for Yamhill County. We provide seats, at a discounted rate, to low income/government assisted families. We also provide Child Safety Seat inspections as well as instalations. Every other month we put on a Child Safety Seat Clinic at our Springbrook Fire Station, 3100 Middlebrook Dr.

    Open enrollment 2009 is almost over.  September and October of every year is FireMed ambulance membership open enrollment time.  If you sign up for Newberg FireMed during open enrollment there is no waiting period and your fee is not prorated.  All memberships now expire on October 31st each year.

    Preventing fires and making our homes, schools, and businesses as safe as possible is the responsibility of every citizen.  Newberg Fire helps the community achieve this goal by providing a large array of activities, all intended to prevent or reduce the loss of property due to unwanted fires.

    Newberg Fire Department (NFD) provides structural and wildland fire protection to the City of Newberg and the surrounding Newberg Rural  Fire District which consists of 65 square miles.
