Records Fee Schedule
PUBLIC RECORDS FEE SCHEDULE FOR POLICE RECORDS
(Effective June 1, 2022)
Request for Reports:
$15, up to ten (10) pages
$27.18/hour labor in excess of 1/2 hour, over 10 pages + copy, shipping & handling fees
Tapes:
$37 for copy of audio tape
$39 for copy of VHS video tape (VHS may be converted to CD at same rate)
Photo prints from negatives or slides
$15 for first photo, $1/photo after (4x6) Photocopies of photographs at per copy rate
Digital photos $13.50 per disk
Certified Background Check $35 per person
Paper copies/prints
$0.25/copy letter or legal size, Black & white, per side.
This is a summary of the most common records requested of the Newberg-Dundee Police Department. A full City of Newberg Public Records Fee Schedule is outlined in Resolution No. 2022-3788
The Newberg-Dundee Police Department will respond to all public records requests within 5 business days or explain why more time is needed for a full response. Additional time may be necessary when presented with an extensive or legally complex records request. Pre-payment of a minimum of $15 is required prior to processing report requests.
Under Oregon Public Records Law, CASES STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION OR A CRIMINAL ARREST PENDING A COURT HEARING are NOT RELEASEABLE.
Requests for DISCOVERY should be submitted to the respective court.
