Type III actions include the following: Annexation, Site Specific Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, Historic Landmark Establishment or Modification, Historic Landmark Elimination, Planned Unit Development, Site Specific Zoning Amendment, Major Modification of a Type III Decision, and Minor Modification or Extension of a Type III decision. All Type III applications are heard by the Planning Commission, and many then proceed to City Council for a final decision.
