The Comprehensive Plan is a set of policies and a map that guide growth and redevelopment in the city. The Plan reflects community needs and goals, and is consistent with established statewide goals and guidelines.

Inventory of Natural and Cultural Resources
The inventory of Natural and Cultural Resources was adopted January 1978, and since amended several times.  The inventory contains much of the base data upon which the plan is based.
