The Newberg Public Library is supported by the residents living within the city limits of Newberg. In addition, there are also cooperative agreements with other areas that provide tax support for the library. Subsequently, online Library cards are available free of charge to:

• City of Newberg Residents
• High School or younger students living in the Newberg School District

If you live outside of the City of Newberg, you may or may not be eligible for a card without a fee. Please fill out the temporary library card application online and we will provide you with more information.
