Public Use of Meeting Room

The Newberg Public Library makes its meeting room available for use by nonprofit and civic groups for cultural, informational, educational, intellectual, and civic purposes. Availability is contingent on there being no conflict with library programs, meetings, or events, which have priority. Priority for use of the meeting room is to individuals or organized groups in the library’s service area. 

 

Please read the attached Facility Use Policy to first determine if your group qualifies to use the library's meeting room.

To check for availability of the meeting room please call the Library Information Desk at 503.538.7323
If you call to reserve the meeting room, you must sign and return the application within 48 hours to keep your reservation. 

If the meeting room is available, complete the application in the link below and email (nplibrary@newbergoregon.gov), send via U.S. Mail  or bring to the library. Reservations are not confirmed until the library has your completed form and notifies you the reservation is valid.
