Applying for a Library Card: Residents inside the City Limits of Newberg
To Apply for a Library Card
Visit the Library Circulation Desk with proof of residence and identity. Children under 12 will need the signature and ID of a parent or guardian.
Accepted forms of ID and proof of current address are:
- Mail delivered by the Post Office within one week of the date of application
- Driver’s License with current address
- Current Student ID card
- Other ID showing name and other identifying information
