The Library Advisory Board and the Newberg City Council have adopted the Newberg Public Library Strategic Plan 2011-2014. 

The Plan outlines the library's priorities and direction for the next four years.    The plan was developed with citizen input and includes new services, but also prioritizes existing services to help the Board deal with the current economic conditions.
