On March 29, 1912, the Carnegie Library of Newberg was officially dedicated.   The Carnegie Library continues to serve the community as it approaches it's 100th Birthday.     

Newberg's Carnegie Library was one of 31 granted to the communities throughout the state by Andrew Carnegie.   Of those 31, 10 are still functioning as libraries.
